Wow! What a year 2013 has been for April + Paul Photography and the Russell family. We can’t believe that it is coming to an end. We are so blessed to have been a part of so many amazing couples lives and are looking forward to the couples we will be hangin’ with in 2014.

We always try to snap a few shots of each other during weddings or engagement shoots. Although, it looks like Paul did a better job of that this year! Here are a few moments we captured along the way…

We had such an amazing time photographing Amy and Andy’s wedding. It had the unique touch that we just love! Signature Occasions did an amazing job with The Cedars venue in Jackson, MS.

This shoot brought Paul right back to his roots in Sumrall, MS. We photographed Jesse and Jeremy’s engagement photos at a creek off of the Longleaf Trace.

We were testing out the light in downtown Hattiesburg, MS at one of our favorite locations. Jamie and Russ brought so much laughter to their military style photo shoot!

We ALWAYS love shooting at The Venue in downtown Hattiesburg, MS! Can’t you tell by my smile?

Oh how we love photographing the Holden girls (none of which are Holdens anymore)! Lauren’s stunning bridals where taken at The Venue in downtown Hattiesburg, MS. And a HUGE thanks to Adrienne from Blooms for letting us borrow this lovely couch!

This was one of our last shoots of the year as you can probably tell by my large belly and layers of clothing. We would brave the cold any day for Jamie and David!

As a husband and wife photography team we usually end up modeling/testing light for one another. Paul is ALMOST as beautiful as Adrianna in her wedding dress!

Callie and Gabe had a stunning exit with pastel flower petals at the Welty Commons in Jackson, MS. HUGE props to Paige Haven of Compliments of you for her amazing planning!

Jessica and Johnathan got married in her parents backyard complete with horses and sunflowers! These shots were taken in the horses stable.

Jessica and Madison rocked the  beautiful Oak Crest Mansion venue in Pass Christian, MS.
