We absolutely loved these two beautiful souls from the first moment we sat down with them. We hung out again shortly after for their engagement session. It was one of the funnest sessions we’ve ever photographed. The way that they looked at each other, and the way that Matt could make Claire laugh so effortlessly.

On their wedding week we had a pretty good idea that it would be raining on their big day. This is something that doesn’t scare us because we’ve faced many different circumstances over the 7 years we’ve been shooting weddings. However, we completely understand that it might stress a bride out knowing weather might be yucky on their wedding day. We sent Claire a text just to check in, we were happily surprised at how calm and laid back she was about the weather. That continued to show when the big day came. Claire and Matt embraced the day as they should, knowing that this was the day they would become one.
