To say we are excited is an understatement! We recently found out that one of our photos placed 1st among 13,834 photos in the “Just the Bride” category in the infamous Shoot and Share Photo Contest. We also had an engagement photo place 8th in that category!

The Shoot and Share contest is always one of our favorites to enter. It’s completely free and anyone can vote on the photos, so cool. The image that placed first is from Mallie and Jakes wedding shoot. We we’re shooting some photos of Mallie alone in her dress. We’d asked her to walk away from us holding her beautiful Morilee Dress from Kay’s Kreations. The light was coming through the Mississippi trees just perfectly. She turned her head and we snapped, perfect timing!
